Terms and Conditions


These Terms and Conditions govern your use of ChauffeurXpress services. By booking with us, you agree to the following terms:

1. Booking and Confirmation

  • All bookings must be made at least 12 hours in advance to ensure availability.

  • Upon confirmation of your booking, a £35 deposit will be required. This deposit will be refunded if the booking is cancelled at least 8 hours prior to the scheduled service. If the booking is cancelled within 8 hours of the scheduled time, the deposit will be non-refundable.

  • Full payment must be made prior to or at the time of service.

2. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Clients may cancel their booking up to 8 hours before the scheduled service to receive a full refund of the deposit.

  • Cancellations made within 8 hours of the scheduled time will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.

  • Refunds will be processed through the same payment method used at the time of booking.

3. Waiting Time and Delays

  • ChauffeurXpress includes a 15-minute grace period for all pick-up locations. If the client is delayed beyond 15 minutes, additional waiting time charges may apply.

  • In the case of airport transfers, we monitor your flight and adjust pick-up times accordingly. There will be no waiting charge for delays caused by flight changes or unforeseen circumstances at the airport.

4. Responsibilities of the Client

  • Clients must provide accurate details regarding pick-up and drop-off locations, the number of passengers, and any specific requirements at the time of booking.

  • Any damage caused to the vehicle by the client or passengers may result in additional charges for cleaning or repairs.

5. Our Commitment to You

  • We guarantee a professional, timely, and reliable service. Our chauffeurs are trained to offer discreet, courteous, and safe transportation.

  • ChauffeurXpress reserves the right to substitute vehicles if necessary, ensuring the client receives an equivalent or better class of vehicle.

6. Safety and Conduct

  • Seat belts must be worn at all times in accordance with UK law.

  • Smoking, illegal substances, and disruptive behaviour are strictly prohibited in all ChauffeurXpress vehicles.

  • The chauffeur reserves the right to refuse service to any client or passenger behaving in a manner deemed unsafe or inappropriate.

7. Insurance and Liability

  • All ChauffeurXpress vehicles are fully insured for chauffeur services. However, personal belongings are the responsibility of the client, and we cannot be held liable for any loss or damage to personal items left in the vehicle.

  • ChauffeurXpress will not be liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as extreme weather, traffic, or road conditions.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

  • Your privacy is important to us. We collect and use personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which can be found on our website.

  • We will not share your personal data with third parties, except as required to process your booking or as otherwise stated in our Privacy Policy.

9. Payment Terms

  • We accept payments via credit/debit card, bank transfer, or secure online payment gateways.

  • Any additional costs incurred during the service (such as extra waiting time or changes to the booking) must be settled at the end of the journey.

10. Changes to Terms and Conditions

  • ChauffeurXpress reserves the right to update or amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
